  4. Then select Save

To restore the records back into Simple DDNS Updater

  1. Open Simple DDNS Updater
  2. Go to File > Import
  3. Then Select the exported json file.
  4. Then Select Open

Your records should be imported one at a time, If any existing entry's are found it will ask do you want to update this existing record.

Once you've completed the import you will see a successfully imported message.

If you want to backup the app settings of Simple DDNS Updater including the subdomain list and its settings and preferences you will need to manually backup the data directory which is located here:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Simple DDNS Updater

Save this to an external storage device and then restore it too the new system, Install Simple DDNS updater and when it opens all settings and entries should be restored.
